Summit Official Language
The official language will be English. Simultaneous interpretation into Farsi and English will be available.
Summit Date & Venue
All plenary sessions will be held on December 10-11 , 2016 at the IRIB International Conference Center, located at opposite Velenjak Ave., Chamran Highway, Tehran - Iran.
Exhibition
An exhibition will be held at the Summit’s venue. Booths are available for the price of €400/ m2.
To avoid any complications for customs clearance, please inform the Summit Secretariat of all materials and equipment that will be brought into Iran.
Registration
The registration Fee is €1480. The fee covers attendance at all summit sessions, participating in workshops and programs and documentation,Invitation to all official functions and visa Services.
Thorough package which includes the registration fee as well as 3 nights stay at the Parsian Esteghlal International Hotel, transportation (airport, hotel, venue) will be €2080. Summit documents and proceedings can be mailed out to interested parties who cannot attend the event, at the price of €500.
Entry Visa
Applicants are kindly requested to return the completed visa application forms to the Summit Secretariat.Entry visa will be arranged upon payment.Please allow two weeks for this process.
Spouses’ Admission
Delegates’ spouses will be provided with a complimentary admission to the Summit sessions. Entry visa will be arranged upon request.
Airport Services
Participants who book the hotel accommodation through the Summit Secretariat can take advantage of our airport, hotel and venue transportation services.
Cancellation
Should a registered delegate be unable to attend, a substitute delegate may take his/her place. In case of cancellation, a written notice is required before November 10 , 2016. A cancellation fee of 15% will be deducted from the original payment. No refunds will be provided if the cancellation is made after November 10 , 2016.
