Introduction

Petropars successfully presented the first conference on the challenges and opportunities of oil and gas projects for Iranian companies in 2005, this program created a perfect surrounding for stakeholders involved in oil and gas projects to exchange ideas and discuss various issues.

Since then Iran has experienced tremendous improvements and achievements in the oil and gas industry.
Successful implementation of mega oil and gas projects has improved the self esteem and believes of Iranian forces in managing and executing such projects.

Petropars is proud to present the 2^nd International Conference on “Challenges and Opportunities of Iranian Companies in Oil and Gas Contracts ” from January 12 - 13, 2008.
We strive to improve the growth of Iranian companies in the oil and gas industry by implementing this conference and invite everyone involved in the industry to participate and share their valuable knowledge, ideas and experiences.

In this conference we will also focus on partnerships with international companies and increasing their involvement in Iranian projects, we believe their expertise, skills, know-how, knowledge and experiences can benefit our projects and we welcome their ideas and suggestions in this conference.
