Forum Date & Venue
All plenary sessions will be held on November 5-6, 2017 at IRIB International Conference Center, located at opposite Velenjak Ave., Chamran Highway, Tehran - Iran.
Exhibition
An exhibition will be held at the Forum’s venue. Booths are available for the price of €390, per square meter. To avoid any complications for customs clearance, please inform the Forum Secretariat of all materials and equipment that will be brought into Iran.
Registration
The registration fee is €990. The fee covers attendance at all plenary sessions, programs and documents, visa services. A premium package, which includes the registration fee, as well as three nights stay at the Parsian Esteghlal International Hotel & Transportation ( Airport, Hotel, Venue) is available for € 1590. Forum documents and proceedings can be mailed out to interested parties who cannot attend the event at the price of €500.
Entry Visa
Applicants are kindly requested to return the completed visa application forms to the Forum Secretariat. Entry visa will be arranged upon payment. Please allow at least four weeks for this process. Visa fee will be paid by participant in the designated Consulate /Embassy.
Spouse’s Admission
Delegates’ spouses will be provided with a complimentary admission to the Forum sessions. Entry visa will be arranged upon request.
Cancellation
Should a registered delegate be unable to attend substitute delegate may take his/her place. A written notice is required before October 5, 2017, to cancel your registration. A cancellation fee of 20 % will be deducted from the original payment. No refunds will be provided if no notice is received prior to the set date.
